Booking needs an account: registration, email verification, and secure ID verification confirming 40+. Guests must be gentlemen 40 or older, and secure ID verification is required by the rule — the connected check is not yet live (pending provider connection), so it is labelled pending, never described as working.

What to expect
Welcome, handsome — especially if this is your first time. There is nothing awkward about asking a question first.
Send your introduction and tell me what you have in mind, and we agree the plan together before the day. I arrive on time, we take it from there, and discretion goes both ways. If anything is unclear, just ask — I would rather you ask than worry.

Verify your identity for this booking. Choose your visit. Send the $50 deposit plus full travel upfront (plus any tip, included upfront); the Remaining balance due on arrival is payable before time begins. A booking is confirmed only after the owner checks her bank account and presses “Payment received”.

Hotel visits
Hotel visits only. Please arrange your hotel before booking our time together. If you have not checked in yet, you can add the room number later from your requests page. A request does not reserve a time: if your plans change, submit a new request and cancel the old one.
Verification
Submitting a request requires an email-verified account. Guests must be gentlemen 40 or older, and secure ID verification is required by the rule — but the connected check is not yet live (pending provider connection), so it is labelled pending and never described as working. When a provider is connected, your ID documents go to the verification provider only; the owner sees only the verification result and confirmation that you meet the 40+ requirement.
Payment
Deposit by e-Transfer: send a $50 deposit toward the appointment plus full travel upfront (plus any tip, included upfront). The remaining appointment balance is paid in person upon arrival, before time begins. Total = appointment + travel (+ tip). No $20 booking fee and no separate security fee. A booking is confirmed only after the owner checks her own bank account and confirms the upfront amount in her private dashboard. No payment is collected on this screen while payment is not live.
Travel
Travel is calculated automatically from your full hotel address: $1 per kilometre, one way, flat, applied to the entire one-way driving distance. The starting point is private and is never shown to guests — you see only the kilometres and the travel charge. If travel cannot be calculated, you will be asked to correct the address before continuing — no price is guessed.
Cancellations
If you cancel your appointment, or do not show up, there is no refund of the upfront payment. The upfront payment is made of three separate amounts, each non-refundable on a client cancellation or no-show: the $50 deposit, the travel payment, and the optional tip. Rescheduling is free with at least 6 hours' notice: the $50 deposit transfers to the new booking and travel is recalculated if the location changes. If I cancel your appointment, you will receive a full refund. A no-show blocks further bookings until the owner reviews it — this is not a permanent ban.
Privacy
Guests see Janet Sky and the business contact address only. Your hotel address, room number and introduction never appear in email subjects or notification previews. Reviews show only a nickname, stars, written review and a "Verified booking" label.

Privacy and booking policy
What is collected: your introduction, booking details (date, Toronto start and end times, duration, hotel name, full address, postal code, checked-in status, room number when applicable, meeting point, and arrival instructions), and your messages to Janet. Why: only to arrange, confirm, and keep your appointment, and to calculate travel. Who can see it: Janet, in her protected private dashboard only. Guests never see another guest’s details. Hotel addresses and room numbers never appear in email subjects or notification previews. Help: email Janet at the address in the footer to ask about your booking or your details.
Booking policy (short): a $50 deposit toward your appointment, plus your full travel amount, plus any optional tip, upfront by e-Transfer; the Remaining balance due on arrival is payable before time begins. Guest cancellations and no-shows receive no refund of the upfront payment, subject to applicable legal requirements; if Janet cancels, you receive a full refund. Booking is in test mode: no real money is collected and no confirmation is sent until the owner checks her bank and presses “Payment received”.

Sign in or create an account
Registration order: account details, then email verification, then secure ID verification confirming you are 40 or older, then activation. An email-verified account and a short introduction are required to submit a request. Identity verification by a connected provider is pending — see the verification notice. Browsing is public.
Create an account
Your sign-in username stays private and is never published. Your full name stays private too. Only the public review nickname you choose may appear with a published review — never your full name, username, or email. A username is permanent and cannot be changed. Password managers work here: pasting and autofill are allowed, and there is no short maximum password length.
